Our Approach
Our Approach
If you take care of your people, your people will take care of the business. What's the best way to take care of them? Know who they are and what motivates them. Everyone wants to be heard, we help you hear your most valuable asset.
In addition, a business is an integral part of the community. Like any community member, it should have a social conscience. A sense of right and wrong. It is this conscience that embeds the business firmly in the community and leads to its success. The more the business succeeds the more the community succeeds and vice versa -- everyone wins!
Our Story
Our Story
Our leadership and management principles are garnered from almost 40 years across the US Military, US Federal Government, and the private sector including owning a successful fundraising business.
In that time many mistakes have been made but even more success have been had. We have served under many great leaders and many not-so-great and have learned from every one of them. Now, it is our desire to take what we have learned and pass it along to organizations both big and small to help keep you from making those same mistakes.
Everyone can use a little help from time-to-time. No one is all knowing. Regardless of the size of your business or organization or the size of your budget, we are determined to put together a plan that will help you succeed in your environment.

Eric Zdanowicz
Owner and Principal Facilitator
Leader and Change Agent Eric Zdanowicz believes that business should build up society, that profit, compassion, and charity can coexist, and that if you take care of the people, the people will take care of the business. As owner of the Millennial Center of Excellence, Eric partners with Wiley to administer the DiSC profile and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and works with organizations to create high-performance teams that deliver champion results. Eric’s 37 years of combined experience includes 6 years in Civil Air Patrol (the civilian US Air Force Auxiliary), a 20-year career in United States Air Force, rising from Airman to Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, four years as a Regional Manager (USG Executive GS-14) with the Peace Corps, three years as a national sales manager for a private company, and, since 2017, as a successful entrepreneur as owner/operator of Custom Fundraising Solutions (CFS) Atlanta South.
Eric brings a natural talent for innovation, creative problem solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements and stakeholder return. Eric injects a contagious energy and innovative method of coaching leaders to ignite their leadership and create steep acceleration in positive change and performance. His higher-order thinking and “No Retreat, No Surrender” approach to breaking through clients’ resistance to change propels them to optimal performance and organizational wellness that grows courageous and responsive teams that drive business and deliver results.
As Eric transitioned out of the military in 2008 after 20 years of honorable service, the experience was eye-opening, as the differences in military and civilian life were stark. In the intervening 12 years, he has worked with the Peace Corps and as an entrepreneur, which provided him a global view of business and operations in every sector. As Regional Director for the Peace Corps, Eric was a principle member of the team that redesigned the national volunteer application process re-engineering the complex process in less than one year. He also merged three recruiting territories into one, tackling and overcoming all the problems that go along with acquiring geographically separated territories, from Maine to Puerto Rico. In opening CFS Atlanta South, Eric fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He believes that every business is duty-bound to give back to the community that it serves by supporting those that help it exist, survive, and thrive. Since 2017, CFS Atlanta South has raised over $300,000 for underfunded Georgia school programs, sponsored a travel softball team, and a summer music camp for girls establishing scholarships for girls who could not have otherwise afforded to attend. Eric has performed community service in several capacities; as a member of the Executive Board for Women’s Empowerment at Peace Corps (2014-2015), the Policy and Steering Committee of the Atlanta Federal Executive Board (2013-2017), as a coach for girls’ recreational softball (2014-2018), and currently as a member of the National Society for Historic Preservation
Today’s business environment does not see corporate conscience as an essential marketing or a profitable tactic. On the contrary, Eric believes that in this age of Millennials, corporate conscience is both a critical strategy and a valuable engine for revenue, both in marketing and in attracting the best talent. The Millennial Center of Excellence helps leaders embrace change, take control of their professional lives, and lead teams to extraordinary heights as they learn how to bring out the best in themselves and the best in others. Eric’s clients and employees describe him as someone willing to challenge conventional thinking, unafraid to ask the tough questions, and equipped to provide the tools to help clients determine what they want and need to make a change in not only the professional world, but also in their own.
Eric holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Project Management, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing, and two Associate of Applied Science degrees, one in Human Resources and the other in Security Administration. He is a graduate of the USAF Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, the USAF Recruiter School, the USAF Recruiting Supervisor Course, and has been certified in both Achieve Global's Professional Sales Skills (both core and coaching) and HubSpot's Inbound Sales. His awards are numerous for both sales and leadership and include both national and local-level awards.
